Most people, the activity of whom is connected with internet and e-mail, have often run into such effect, which received the name SPAM (Spam). As if several persons "bite" the advertising, pay money to spammers and what is worse will continue their business, such business will grow.

How to fight SPAM?

— make several e-mail;
— install mail filtration software;
— use messages sending form for contacting your clients.

Never get seduced with spammers messages, not matter how attractive they can be, and delete them immediately from your mail box. Never write letter requesting to delete your e-mail address from their data base, you are risking to become spammer target object, as your address "really exists"- which is confirmed by your letter of reply.

Never write insulting messages, such messages never get their addressee, as professional rarely leave their real e-mails in spam letters. Your complaint will be received by another addressee, who does not know why he (she) is unfairly slandered.

The servers owners are not glad that spammers harm honest Internet users with their help. That is why you can write a letter of complaint to your provider address or to the addressee of the server from which the spam letter had been sent. The spam letter is sent in the same form like you received it on your e-mail. Your letter of complaint will be enough to disconnect spammer from network usage.

Make several e-mails. One for corresponding with your friends and business partners, and several others for participation at forums, chats, polls and other spammers favourite places.

Sometimes the PC has the special software for incoming messages filtration. It automatically filters the messages with key words, specified by you in password. Though such software is not an ideal solution - you can automatically loose potential client with good intentions, who used the words, put into "black list", not knowing that you put them to this list.

Use messages sending form at your website. This way your e-mail is closed to public, and received messages will contain special topic, helping you to define the letter addressee and read this message first.
